Preventing Problems on Industrial and Residential Drain Lines

The high maintenance cost and service interruptions to your business can be alleviated with the Toledo Roto-Rooter grease trap program with our enzyme treatments through a preset time-flow meter. Using the specially developed enzymes, that were rated number one in a Consumer Reports article, will keep your grease trap lines free flowing. The product is designed to break down grease and turn it into non-polluting water and carbon dioxide (MSDA sheets with breakdown available). The cost per day is minimal at $2.30. The product is delivered in 15 gallons drums at a cost of $276.06 per drum and depending on your line usage the product will protect your lines for up to four months. We will lease the dispenser unit to you at a cost of $1.00 per year. Included at no charge to you is a monthly service call from our technician who will monitor the time-flow meter and replace product as needed. Once a year we will cable your treated lines (a one and a half-inch line up to 25 feet) at no cost to you to ensure that your lines remain free flowing.

For residential use Toledo Roto-Rooter service technicians can supply (or stop in our office at 5278 Telegraph Road, Toledo, OH 43612) you with a gallon container of our pipe shield that will maintain your line after our technician has cleaned your sewer or branch line. We also offer a Root Destroyer product that will retard the re-growth of roots in your main line once we have cleaned that line with a six-inch blade completely out to the main city connection. You can call our office at 419-476-8648 and if we have a service truck in your area we will be happy to have a gallon and a root destroyer delivered to your door.
